The 2 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is a short drive or enjoy the sand dunes at Instow with its seafront restaurants and pubs. Nearby you will find the Tarka Trail great for walking or cycling and Exmoor is close by offering moorland walks and quaint villages. Discover one of the many local attractions including The Milky Way The Big Sheep Arlington Court Tapeley Park and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Riding fishing and golf can all be accessed locally. Kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven gas hob fridge freezer microwave and washing machine. Shower room: adjacent to the sleeping area with a double shower with WC. Outside: accessed via sliding doors from the lounge is an enclosed decked balcony with seating and BBQ a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the river views across the shared gardens.
